The tradition of breakfast

A few messages have come in since I made a comment about how universal and noticeable barbecued chicken is in Thailand and how, curiously, the sauce that is made to run with it – its sidekick, maybe – has by one way or another turn out to be more notable globally than the flame

broiled chicken itself. Many have communicated understanding; they have seen a similar thing; they need to know why. And everything I can offer is the main clarification that sounds good to me.
